Terms of service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Five Star Toolbox, a service of Sailfish Photography LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Five Star Toolbox lets a business schedule text messages that ask its own customers to leave an online review, and provides tools to help customers write and post that review.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Customer consent and acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- Add a customer only after that customer has agreed, in person, by phone, in writing, or electronically, to receive a text message from your business asking for a review. The app asks you to confirm this for every customer.
- Send messages only about your own business and your own recent customers.
- Not use the service for spam, marketing to purchased or scraped lists, deceptive or fake reviews, or anything unlawful, and not offer or imply that reviews must be positive.
- Follow applicable laws and rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, carrier requirements, and Google's review policies.
- Honor any request by a customer to stop receiving messages.
Customers can reply STOP at any time, and we will stop sending to that number. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or put our messaging access at risk.
Fees
Pricing is shown at sign-up or in your account. We will tell you before any change to your price takes effect. You may cancel at any time.
Reviews are the customer's own
Review drafts the service helps generate are suggestions based on a customer's own answers. Customers may edit or discard them, and they decide what to post. We do not control Google and cannot guarantee that any review will be published or displayed.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, since carriers control delivery, or that you will receive any particular number of reviews. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Ending these terms
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
