Privacy policy

Five Star Toolbox is a service of Sailfish Photography LLC, Stuart, Florida ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when businesses use Five Star Toolbox to ask their customers for online reviews, how we use it, and the choices people have.
Who this covers
- Business users who create an account to send review requests.
- Customers of those businesses, whose name and mobile number a business enters so we can send a review request by text message.
- Visitors to this website.
Information we collect
- Account details: email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), business name, city, Google review link, and the keywords a business chooses.
- Customer details entered by a business: the customer's name and mobile phone number, and a record that the business confirmed the customer agreed to receive a text.
- Message activity: when a text was scheduled and sent, whether the customer opened the link, and any text the customer chooses to write on the review draft page.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.
How we use information
- To send the review-request text messages a business has asked us to send.
- To show a business whether its requests were sent and opened.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to respond to support requests.
- To comply with the law and with carrier and messaging-industry requirements.
Text messages and mobile information
We use customer mobile numbers only to deliver the review-request messages described on our text message program page. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Customers can reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Twilio, which delivers text messages.
- Supabase, which stores our database and handles sign-in.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse.
Retention
We keep account and message records while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and accounting purposes. A business can ask us to delete its account and customer records at any time.
Your choices
- Customers can stop texts by replying STOP, or ask us to delete their information by emailing us.
- Business users can update or delete account information by contacting us.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and row-level database security so each business can see only its own records. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Five Star Toolbox is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
